The management of InvestWorld Limited designates Roselyne Kengne as Privacy Officer for IKM INVEST WORLD LIMITED. This designation takes effect on August 7, 2026. Requests relating to privacy, access, correction or deletion of personal information must be addressed to contact@investworldlimited.com. Serge Ipem, as Chief Executive Officer, remains accountable for compliance with and implementation of the company’s legal obligations.

Prospect data and requests received via the contact form: maximum 24 months after the last exchange with the person concerned.
Active client files: duration determined by applicable legal, accounting and contractual obligations.
Inactive client files: duration determined by applicable legal, accounting and contractual obligations.
Technical browsing data is retained for the period strictly necessary for security, operation and analysis of the website, not exceeding 13 months, unless otherwise required by law. When no longer necessary, it is destroyed or anonymised.

Requests submitted via the form, along with proof of consent provided at the time of submission, may be recorded in the website’s secure database with the associated technical information.

Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with a legal, accounting or contractual obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Planned services — not yet active

The following services are planned but not yet installed, configured or connected to the website. They do not collect any data at this time:

Google Analytics — audience measurement (activation subject to user consent)
Matomo — privacy-friendly alternative audience measurement tool
Stripe — online payment processing

The activation of any additional service will be reflected in an update to this policy and, where required, a request for consent from users.
