Preparation
Before you arrive
We prepare your arrival with you: your project, your housing budget, the neighbourhood and your dates. From the start, we also tell you what does not depend on us, meaning the visa and the residence permit. That way, your schedule allows for administrative timelines.
On the ground
What our support includes
5 working days with you on the ground when you arrive, then 30 days of follow-up on WhatsApp.
Daily life
- Meeting you on arrival at Guangzhou Baiyun or Shenzhen Bao'an Airport, or at a train station in Guangzhou, Foshan or Shenzhen
- Your housing search: a shortlist of options within your budget, viewings with you, and interpretation when you sign the lease
- Your Chinese SIM card: opening the line with you at a carrier store
- Everyday apps, installed and set up with you: messaging, mobile payment, transport, maps and translation
- Getting around: metro, ride-hailing and train. We make your first trips together
- Registering your residence at the local police station, with you
- Your bearings in the neighbourhood: shops, pharmacy, hospital

- A first discussion of your project before you arrive
- Visits to wholesale markets and factories related to your business, with us
- Introductions to suppliers in our network, in your sector
- Interpretation in French, English and Mandarin on the days we accompany you

What we do not promise
Visas, residence permits and work permits are issued by the Chinese authorities. We do not obtain them for you, and we do not guarantee them.
Nor do we guarantee:
- that housing will be available on a specific date;
- that a bank account will be opened;
- that mobile payment will work with a foreign card;
- any business result.
Our commitment: before any payment, we give you in writing what is included and what is not.

Our team

Our team lives and works in Foshan, in our own offices. We speak French, English and Mandarin. We visit factories and markets on our clients' behalf. We know this ground day to day, and that is what we open for you.

Frequently asked questions
Do you obtain my visa or residence permit?
No. They are issued by the Chinese authorities, and we do not guarantee them. During the call, we discuss them so that your schedule allows for these procedures.
Can you set up my company in China?
It is not included in this offer. If you need it, tell us. We will review your request and, if we can help, send you a separate proposal.
Is rent included?
No. We help you find your home and sign the lease. Rent, deposit, agency fees and utilities remain your responsibility.
Can I come with my family or a business partner?
Yes. Tell us in your first message: the scope and price are set out in the written proposal.
Which cities do you cover?
Guangzhou, Foshan and Shenzhen. For another city: on request.
How is this different from the Business Trip?
The Business Trip is five days to meet your suppliers, and then you fly home (1,700 USD, hotel included). Relocation is for people coming to live and work in China: we help you settle in.
How does payment work?
After our call, you receive a written proposal. You only pay once you have accepted it.
