Custom Sourcing Request

Description

Can’t find the product you need in our departments? Describe it to us: we search factories in China for you, compare offers and present the most reliable suppliers. Tell us your product, quantities, destination market and constraints.

What this study covers

• Consultation of at least three factories in China
• Three itemised, comparable quotations, line by line
• A written technical and commercial comparison
• Our reasoned recommendation, with the risks identified

How it works

1. You describe your product, quantities, destination market and constraints.
2. We confirm feasibility and what still needs clarifying. This step is free.
3. You pay the study deposit.
4. We consult the factories and gather the quotations.
5. You receive the comparison and our recommendation.

Our commitments on timing

• Your consultation brief goes out to the factories within 2 working days of our receiving both the deposit and your answers to the technical questions.
• You receive a progress report on working day 5: which factories have replied, which we are chasing.
• The comparison is delivered within 3 working days of the third quotation arriving.
• If after 15 working days we have not obtained three usable quotations, we tell you so, we hand over what we have, and you decide: widen the search, or stop there.

We ask our technical questions as soon as your request reaches us: no factory can quote without the answers, and an incomplete brief would cost us both a week.

Non-refundable, but credited

Work with the factories begins on receipt of the deposit, so it is not refundable. It is, however, credited in full against our invoice if the project goes ahead.

Not included, and quoted separately: factory visit, pre-shipment inspection, freight and customs clearance.
